Trump Terribly Mixed Up The Name Of A GOP Candidate He Just Endorsed Last Month And It’s Left People Wondering If His Cognitive Health Is Rapidly Declining

It looks as though disgraced ex-President Donald Trump’s cognitive decline might have finally hit rock bottom during this weekend’s MAGA-turned-Save America rally when he brutally mixed up the name of one of the Republican Senate candidates he just recently endorsed with the name of the candidate’s opponent.

On Sunday, Donald Trump appeared to mix up the name of the highly-controversial Ohio Senate candidate he recently endorsed and his equally far-right opponent in the state’s upcoming closely contested GOP primary that’s set to take place on May 3rd.

“We’ve endorsed Dr. Oz. We’ve endorsed JP, right? JD Mandel, and he’s doing great. They’re all doing good,” the confused ex-president said during his Nebraska Save America rally over the weekend.

It seems Trump was mixing up and accidentally combining the names of “Hillbilly Elegy” author and venture capitalist J.D. Vance, who he recently endorsed in a GOP-shattering move, and his Republican opponent Josh Mandel.

Just a few moments later, Trump touched on the topic of his endorsed candidate yet again, stating, “I think Vance is doing well.”

To make the whole matter that much more hilarious still, just a few moments prior to his terrible mix-up, Trump had been bragging about how he “aced” a cognitive test — the very same not-so-humble brag he’s been harping on for literal years and has recently reignited while claiming that President Joe Biden should have to take one.

As you can imagine, the whole ordeal has left a lot of people to wonder if Trump has finally, truly lost it:

The ex-president’s move to endorse Vance has been a controversial one among his party, as Vance was very recently a staunch critic of the former guy, only to delete a slew of his anti-Trump social media posts in the wake of announcing his candidacy.

But nevertheless, Trump stuck to his guns, appearing at a rally with Vance just last month, and even openly acknowledging all of the criticism Vance formerly had for him during this weekend’s Save America event.

“He’s a guy that said some bad shit about me. He did. He did. But you know what? Every one of the others did also. In fact, if I went by that standard I don’t think I would have ever endorsed anybody in the country,” Trump said, before adding that Vance was “tough” and “smart” and stands the best chance of securing a win in the upcoming Senate race.
