Trump’s Granddaughter Shares ‘Whole Squad’ Photo, But Melania and Kimberly Guilfoyle Are Noticeably Absent

A couple of notable people were missing from a "family picture" taken on Election Night.

Most of Donald Trump’s family was on hand at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday night to celebrate Trump’s victory in the presidential election. However, it was noted that a “family picture” posted to social media was missing a couple of key people.

The Daily Beast reported on “The Mysterious Erasure of ‘Mamacita’ Kimberly Guilfoyle.” Guilfoyle, the longtime former Fox News host, has been dating Donald Trump, Jr., since the middle of Trump’s first term, and the two have been engaged since 2020, although there’s no indication that they have planned a wedding.

Don Jr. was spotted earlier this year with another woman. Guilfoyle, nevertheless, continued to appear as a surrogate for the Trump campaign.

Guilfoyle “appeared to be the odd woman out” during the post-election celebration, the Beast report said, adding that in a video of the whole family on stage, Don Jr. “can be seen switching his location onstage several times away from Guilfoyle before finally settling on turning his back to her.”

Later, Don Jr.’s daughter Kai Trump posted a photo to social media of what she called “The Whole Squad,” which was styled like a family picture with most of the Trump children and grandchildren included. However, as the Beast and others noted, Kimberly Guilfoyle was not included in the picture, nor was Melania Trump. Elon Musk, for some reason, was included, along with his son.

More awkwardness could be on the way, for another reason: California Gov. Gavin Newsom is planning to emerge as a key resistor to the second Trump presidency, announcing a California special session to prepare, with Newsom widely expected to mount a presidential campaign of his own in 2028.

Newsom and Guilfoyle were formerly married, between 2001 and 2006, when he was mayor of San Francisco and she was a prosecutor in that city, and his presidential hopes seem likely to rest in part on whether the party is willing to nominate another Democrat who came from San Francisco politics.
