Just this week, we reported on the massive, astounding legal fees that are mounting for Donald Trump amid his seemingly endless pile of scandal these days that’s likely leaving the purse strings a little tight right about now, as his Save American super PAC was allegedly out a staggering $1 million in the month of July ALONE in fees hailing directly from his desperate efforts to defend himself against the legal ramifications of his numerous unlawful actions.

And that’s not even counting all of the legal fee bills that have allegedly been footed by the Republican National Committee on the scandal-ridden ex-president’s behalf.

Now it looks like he’s trying to recoup some of that cash, through whatever means necessary at this point.

According to an invitation recently obtained by Forbes, the washed-up, one-term, twice-impeached former guy is now attempting to charge his supporters a whopping $100 thousand a head to attend a “candlelight dinner” with the ex-president at one of his New Jersey golf courses next month.

Forbes makes a clear note of the fact that the proceeds from the event will go to fund Trump’s Make America Great Again, Again! PAC, which a large portion of will then undoubtedly go to paying the bill at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster for hosting the ritzy soirée. Of course, 2021 financial disclosures have proven that the New Jersey golf club is owned 100 percent by Donald Trump — ultimately meaning that he’s likely using a fundraising event as a roundabout way to line his own personal pockets as the cycle of corruption and scheming just continues.

For a hefty $100K price tag, attendees will get a photo with number 45, as well as an apparent opportunity to dig even deeper into their wallets and pocketbooks for “Private golf opportunities with President Donald J. Trump also available upon request,” according to the event’s invitation.

Forbes reports, “Such events have been lucrative for Trump in the past. By hosting them at his own properties, he can collect big hauls for his political groups and decent slices for his private business. Since losing the 2020 election, the former president has used his property portfolio to charge his political entities more than $1 million.”
