The first UFC fight ever staged on White House grounds opened with a simple walk. Trump and Dana White moved from the Oval Office toward the Blue Room Balcony to launch the night, but before either of them spoke, attention had already shifted. Trump’s arms were not moving in sync.
His left arm swung freely with each step, loose and natural. The right arm stayed close to his side with very little movement. In person it might have gone unnoticed, but replay clips shared online turned it into the main talking point.
One viewer asked, “Why is his left arm swinging all over the place but his right arm hardly moving?”

Another described it as Trump “dragging the whole right side of his body along,” suggesting that even basic movement looked uneven.
Trump totally dragging the whole right side of his body along. Can’t swing his arm or leg now.

From there, discussion moved to his right hand. A clip shared by Aaron Rupar showed Trump beside Dana White, with the caption noting his hand appeared visibly discolored and that he looked every bit of 80. That detail also linked with older observations some people had made about how he holds his hand during public events.

During national anthems, Trump is often seen saluting with his right hand instead of placing it over his heart. Some viewers linked the salute to what they thought they were seeing in the footage, saying it might be a way to keep focus off his hand. Others didn’t focus on explanations and instead reacted to how he looked and moved. One user wrote, “He looks upset, miffed, tired….” Another said, “If Trump was able to Run. He can barely walk!”

If Trump was able to Run 🤣😂🤣
He can barely walk!— Karen Rochford (@Kazzarocky) June 15, 2026
The conversation then moved into even more exaggerated territory, as online commentary often does. One post claimed he looked like he was “wearing 4 girdles,” while another combined multiple theories into a single line, writing, “Girdle on, Diaper fresh, he crossing over.” Another simply repeated the idea that “he can barely walk,” keeping the tone blunt and repetitive.
Rump is wearing 4 girdles, the boy can hardly walk 🙄

Trump is describing a mountain as “powerful”. This man is in the middle of a complete mental and physical collapse. He is still making noise about nuking Iran. He can barely walk. The pace of his systems shutting down is accelerating. Who can save us from this looming disaster? https://t.co/owp5N10Zuw

The diaper discussion itself traces back to Noel Casler, a former Celebrity Apprentice staffer, who alleged that Trump had long struggled with bowel control and claimed he had “worn diapers since probably the 90s,” describing production interruptions during filming.
Earlier this year, a 60 Minutes appearance reignited similar talk when viewers pointed to a visible bulge at the back of his pants. Singer Bill Madden posted that the image reflected “not only how morbidly obese he has become, but that he wears a very thick adult diaper.” The same theme returned after a widely shared walkout clip involving Kristen Welker, where users again speculated about balance and clothing fit in circulation.
