Washed-up, scandal-ridden ex-President Donald Trump loves to pretend as though the January 6th House Select Committee’s massive investigation, and now their explosive televised hearings, don’t bother him a bit. He simply just does not even give them the time of day; not an ounce of thought even.
But let’s be honest here, that’s bull and we all know it.
The former guy is out here contradicting his own self as he full-on rages against the public hearings that are actively exposing him as the conman criminal he truly is. And now, it seems that rage has finally hit a full-on fever pitch for Donald Trump, as he took to his Truth Social account to absolutely fume at the various networks that are carrying live coverage of the hearings and demand that he be given equal airtime on the networks to present what he calls evidence of “massive Voter Fraud & Dem Security Breach!”
“The Fake News Networks are perpetuating lies, falsehoods, and Russia, Russia, Russia type disinformation (same sick people, here we go again!) by allowing the low rated but nevertheless one sided and slanderous Unselect Committee hearings to go endlessly and aimlessly on (and on and on!)” the irate ex-president wrote on his founding social media platform late this morning.

He almost immediately followed that up with another “Truth,” reading, “I DEMAND EQUAL TIME!!!”
Trump’s fit of rage and fear comes as the Committee prepares to expose some serious bombshells during today’s hearings, including further details on the ex-President’s attempts to bully his Vice President Mike Pence into helping him complete his coup, a move that one retired federal judge called, “tantamount to a revolution.”
Wyoming Republican House Rep. Liz Cheney, who serves as Vice-Chair of the House Select Committee, said today’s hearings will see new information on Donald Trump’s “relentless effort” in the days leading up to and on January 6th, 2021, to somehow overthrow Joe Biden’s election win.
“As a federal judge has indicated, this likely violated two federal criminal statutes. President Trump had no factual basis for what he was doing and he had been told it was illegal,” Cheney said in a clip posted on Twitter. “Despite this, President Trump plotted with a lawyer named John Eastman and others to overturn the outcome of the election on January 6.”
Cheney’s statement was followed by footage of testimony from Trump White House attorney Eric Herschmann who allegedly told Eastman just one day after the violent Capitol attack: “Get a great effing criminal defense lawyer. You’re going to need it.”
