Unhinged Trump Says He Will Sue CNN If The Network Doesn’t Issue A Formal Apology For Defaming Him Within 10 Days

You have got to be kidding me.

Washed-up ex-President Donald Trump is still as desperate as ever for some relevance and attention and he’s making sure EVERYONE knows it.

Unsurprisingly, the one-term, twice-impeached former guy is still big mad about 2020, and now he apparently wants to sue those who dared to say something unsavory about his Big Lie obsession — namely, CNN.

In an unhinged statement he released on through his Save America PAC this week, confirming that his legal team has sent notice to the popular network regarding his intention to lodge a lawsuit against CNN on the basis of “repeated defamatory statements” against him.

“I will also be commencing actions against other media outlets who have defamed me and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Election,” Trump wrote in his manic statement on the matter. “I will never stop fighting for the truth and for the future of our Country!”

The former guy’s public statement on the matter comes just short of a week after his legal team sent out a letter to leadership at CNN, on July 21st, calling on the massive network to retract “numerous articles and televised transmissions” within 10 days.

Trump’s lawyers asserted that the former guy’s numerous, unhinged remarks regarding the 2020 presidential election shouldn’t be considered as lies because Donald Trump “subjectively believes that the results of the 2020 presidential election turned on fraudulent voting activity in several key states.”

Insider reports on the matter:

The legal team further argued that CNN has refused to acknowledge that Trump could be right.

Representatives for CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Insider.”

Trump’s own spokesperson also weighed in on the matter, in a recent appearance on OAN, confirming that the former president will move forward with a lawsuit against CNN unless the network makes retractions and issues a formal apology within the next 10 days:

Good luck with that, dude.
