Watch Donald Trump Refer To Himself As A “Former” President, Then Instantly And Desperately Try To Walk It Back

HA! Oops!

On the off chance that you missed it yesterday evening, scandal-ridden ex-President Donald Trump — hot off the heels of a massive defeat before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of the infamous Mar-a-Lago documents — sat down for a positively wild interview with Fox New’s Sean Hannity, where he openly claimed that a United States president has the ability to declassify any information they want, with the power of nothing more than their mind.

As I said, the interview was absolutely unhinged, to say the very least, and not only managed to place Trump at the center of relentless mockery over his supposed psychic abilities but also, as pointed out last night by New York Times correspondent and so-called “Trump Whisperer” Maggie Haberman, appeared to include a damning admission of guilt straight from the ex-president’s mouth when Trump openly (and possibly accidentally) admitted to intentionally sending the highly-classified government documents to his Mar-a-Lago resort.

But, as is customary with these things, that was far from the only thing to be unpacked from Donald’s absolutely wild new Hannity interview.

Once people were able to calm down from their hysterical laughter over Trump’s psychic claims, they took note of the fact that during the sit down with Hannity, Donald Trump personally referred to himself as a “former president”… Only to desperately and instantly attempt to backtrack what he said.

“I think we had good security. As you know, we had tremendous Secret Service they are unbelievable people. And they are all over Mar-a-Lago, as happens to a former president etc etc,” Trump stated as he spoke to his BFF and Fox host, Sean Hannity.

Trump appeared to immediately realize what he had said and instantly began walking back, “I hate to use the word ‘former,’ because I have a lot of problems with what happened.”

When Trump stated, “I have a lot of problems with what happened,” he was, of course, referring to his incessant refusal to accept the fair, true, and rightful results of the 2020 presidential election that saw him lose his second White House term to now-President Joe Biden.

Funnily enough, this actually isn’t the first time in recent days that Trump has made a slip up like this. Just recently, the former guy took to his floundering Truth Social platform, where he was attempting to attack President Joe Biden’s seating arrangement during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral — the same funeral Donald Trump didn’t get an invite to attend. In his attack, it seemed Trump was so focused on trashing the sitting US president, that he briefly forgot about his big lie claims — not only referring to Joe Biden as “our president,” but also stating, “If I were president…”

Let’s be honest… Trump knows he’s a loser.
