Donald Trump has been known to frequently win golf tournaments at his own golf resorts, and he did so over the weekend when he won a tournament at his Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.
The 80-year-old president posted a video of the winning shot in the tournament, while also bragging about his golf skills and ripping his opponents, who are presumably paying customers at his own club. Trump won the “senior” and “super-senior” divisions in the tournament, with a score of 70.
He touted “The Winning Shot in the Bedminster Club Championship! Thank you very much to all of those who participated. I won with a score of 70, and am so honored in that, unlike the rest of the field, I’m given very little time to practice, because I’m focused on many other things. It’s called TALENT, and I have it, and they don’t! ”

An unknown person filming is heard talking over the footage, praising Trump as the best president ever, and criticizing someone he calls “Snaggletooth” to get away from Trump.
Social media users had some amused reactions to the trophy presentation.

Reminder, the only time Trump played a golf tournament where he couldn’t cheat, the American Century celebrity tournament in 2006, he shot 52 over par in 3 rounds and finished in 62nd place out of 80 celebrities, then cheated on his wife with a pornstarhttps://t.co/aycllp8kxq https://t.co/J8aDEY8mAz

Trump has bragged winning 43 golf championships.
Fact check:
He never won at a club he doesn’t own. The one time he competed at a club he doesn’t own was at a club in Lake Tahoe, when he finished 67 out of more than 70 players. https://t.co/UyZf6Bsfg6 pic.twitter.com/w2tDhJEaLj— PLGC (@PL67712441) August 3, 2026
