White House Reportedly Snubbed Meghan McCain, Never Responded To Her Offer To Help Promote Vaccines But Gave Co-Host Whoopi Goldberg A Private Briefing

Apparently, we’re not the only ones who aren’t impressed with View co-host Meghan McCain and her half-assed attempts at being a decent human being. As it turns out, the Biden White House doesn’t seem to be interested in her crap either.

A new report from POLITICO Playbook claims that McCain reached out to the Biden White House with an offer to get herself vaccinated against the coronavirus while on air with her brother, Jimmy McCain, in an effort to help encourage other Americans to get their COVID-19 vaccine as the country tries to wrap up this dreadful, years-long pandemic. However, it seems she never heard back from anyone.

An insider with The View said, “[McCain] just wanted to help with messaging and encouraging Republicans to get it, and the show wanted it, too.”

According to the report, the Biden White House had been coordinating with producers for The View to get both McCain and her fellow co-host Whoopi Goldberg vaccinated while on air with an unspecified senior official. But, the plan apparently fell through due to scheduling discrepancies on the Biden administration’s part.

However, Goldberg was ultimately given a private briefing with the Biden White House to discuss messaging regarding the COVID-19 vaccine as well as talking points for the popular ABC daytime talk show.

“They should have given all of ‘The View’ hosts this training, not just Whoopi,” the insider for the talk show complained.

A White House source spoke with Playbook and said that McCain was not included in the briefing because she was ineligible for the vaccine at the time, but that was apparently never explained to her.
