According To Reports, Trump’s New Chief Of Staff Is Feeling “Overwhelmed” And Has Apparently “Cried At Least Twice”

Donald Trump recently finally found a permanent replacement for his acting Chief of Staff, Mick Mulvaney — picking former U.S. Representative for North Carolina’s 11th congressional district Mark Meadows to take his place.

But thanks to a new report from Maggie Haberman with the New York Times, it looks like Meadows’ position may not be so permanent after all.

Evidently, Mr. Meadows is having a really hard time emotionally dealing with the Trump White House.

A few administration officials spoke with Haberman and said the new Chief of Staff has been “overwhelmed at times by a permanent culture at the White House that revolves around the president’s moods.”

The report goes on to note that “no matter who serves as chief of staff, the lack of formal processes and the constant infighting are unavoidable facts of life for those working for Mr. Trump.”

The report claims that Meadows is so overwhelmed with the new gig, in fact, that he’s reportedly actually cried at least twice now when meeting with White House staff, including Jared Kushner.

“On both occasions, Mr. Meadows was discussing staffing changes, according to the people briefed on the events,” Haberman writes in her report, “A White House spokesman declined to comment on either meeting. A person close to Mr. Kushner said he denied that any such episode involving him ever took place.”

It seems that even the staunchest of Republicans don’t know the depths of depravity that are going on inside the Trump White House. I can only imagine that the president’s mood swings are the compass by which every individual’s day revolves around. And considering his mood is comparable to a revolving door in a cheap mall, I think “overwhelming” is likely an understatement.
