He is losing his grip.

Folks, today is likely the very last day that Donald J. Trump will serve as president of the United States, walk the halls of the White House, or sent an unhinged tweet from his phone without the label of “impeached” officially marring his name and reputation.

The House of Representatives is currently wrapping up their deliberation today, after both the Judicial and Intelligence House Committees conducted their thorough investigations and hearings complete with a multitude of damning witnesses against Trump. Come tomorrow, the House will be casting their official vote as to whether or not Donald Trump will be formally impeached as a result of his efforts to bribe and extort the president of Ukraine into giving him dirt on his political opponent, Joe Biden.

Almost assuredly, the House will vote with a resounding “yes” and Trump will officially become an impeached president.

Of course, the proceedings don’t end there. Once the House votes to impeach Trump the trial moves on to the Senate where it will be decided where Donald is actually removed from his position as president of this nation or not.

In all likelihood, the process of Trump’s impeachment and removal from office will stop in its tracks the moment it lands in GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s hands.

Trump has done quite the job of taking to his Twitter account to convince the masses that he really doesn’t give a shit in the House impeaches him or not and has made it very clear, through both his own declarations and that of his Republican jockeys that they intend to make a complete mockery out of the entire process once the Senate is able to dig their claws into the proceedings.

However, Trump’s White House sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi this afternoon (the very same Nancy Pelosi that kicked off these proceedings against Donald) that paints a much more desperate picture of 45.

In his 6-page epistle to the Speaker of the House, Trump railed hard against the impeachment process, criticizing the entire Democratic party for having “cheapened the importance of the very ugly word” and that “more due process was afforded to those accused in the Salem Witch Trials.”

During one portion of the letter, Trump directly addressed Madam Speaker, declaring, “It is a terrible thing you are doing, but you will have to live with it, not I!” He added, “You are offending Americans of faith by continually saying ‘I pray for the president’ when you know this statement is not true, unless it is meant in a negative sense.”

Frankly, the entire letter reads like the sickening love child of an unhinged Trump tweet and a racist MAGA rally. And it truly goes to show just how scared Donald Trump really is.
