Looks like it might be time to hire someone better than Rudy.

Things haven’t been looking so good for Donald Trump in regard to the formal impeachment inquiry that’s been launched against him.

Trump was outed by a whistleblower earlier this year for conducting a phone call with the president of Ukraine, in which he attempted to extort his fellow world leader into publicly announcing and conducting an investigation into his political rival, Democratic front runner and former Vice President Joe Biden, by withholding military aid and funding that had already been assigned to the country of Ukraine as well as holding a meeting between himself and the Ukranian president over Zelensky’s head.

It didn’t take long for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to use this scandal as grounds to boot Donald Trump from his undeserving position as president. And frankly, things have done nothing but gone downhill for Trump since the process began.

Witness after witness, some of which Donald even appeared to have faith in at the beginning (like ambassador Sondland) has thrown him under the bus in their testimonies delivered to the House Intelligence Committee under oath.

Just when it seemed as though things couldn’t get much worse for him, it’s now the House Judiciary Committee’s turn. And Chairman Jerry Nadler has made sure that Trump has no doubt about his intentions.

In a letter addressed to President Donald Trump, Nadler explained that the House Judiciary Committee would be holding their first impeachment hearing on the 4th of December, where they intend to follow rules based on the former impeachments of Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon.

The Chairman explained that the first hearing would examine the “grounds for impeachment” and the panel will be filled with constitutional scholars.

Nadler proceeded to strongly welcome Trump to appoint an attorney to represent him but made it very clear that the hearings would proceed without change regardless of his decision regarding representation.

“We will also discuss whether your alleged actions warrant the House’s exercising its authority to adopt articles of impeachment,” the Chairman informed Trump in his letter.

It appears that Nadler wants to make it crystal clear that he has no time for Donald’s antics. He’s here to get things done.
