Delusional Mike Lindell Says Even Though He Was “Hoping” Election Would Be Overturned In August, “Nothing Has Changed” And Plan Is Moving Forward

Mike Lindell, chief executive of Minnesota-based MyPillow Inc., has continued to regurgitate former President Donald Trump’s election lies, even to the point of claiming that the twice-impeached one-term president will be reinstated, even though no mechanism in the Constitution will allow that. Former presidents are not “reinstated” to the presidency in the U.S. after they lose an election, and Trump lost to Joe Biden in both the electoral and popular vote.

Previously, the pillow salesman claimed that Trump would be reinstated on August 13. And according to New York Times’s Maggie Haberman, Trump also thought he would be reinstated on that day. According to a Reuters’ fact-check, Trump supporters have unsuccessfully claimed several dates that the former president would be back in office, such as on inauguration day (Jan. 20) and March 4.

Well, now, predictably, the goalposts are moving again, and Lindell claims that “nothing has changed other than we’re off by some months here,” even though President Joe Biden is still in the White House, and it’s well past August. Lindell is giving Trump a few more months to be back in power.
