In case you were wondering what rock bottom looks like, allow me to show you.
Amid his ongoing scandals that are rapidly mounting all around him, news recently broke that one-term, twice-impeached ex-President Donald Trump has hired a new attorney to help represent him. Drew Findling is a prominent, high-profile attorney out of Georgia who’s best known for representing various famous rappers and goes by “#BillionDollarLawyer.”
Seems fitting for a schmuck like Trump, doesn’t it? But it gets funnier, I swear.
With a little internet sleuthing, you’ll find that Mr. Findling, Trump’s newest addition to his legal team, was actually a very public supporter of Donald’s impeachment, as early as just 24 measly days into the now-former guy’s presidential term.
The New York Times reported this week:
Amid a deepening swirl of federal and state investigations, former President Donald J. Trump has hired a prominent Atlanta lawyer to represent him in a criminal inquiry into election interference in Georgia. The lawyer, Drew Findling, has represented an array of rap stars including Cardi B, Gucci Mane and Migos, and is known by the hashtag #BillionDollarLawyer. But he is also well regarded for a range of criminal defense work that he has done in Georgia, and his hiring underscores the seriousness of the investigation — as well as the potential legal jeopardy for Mr. Trump.”

If you head on over to Twitter and do just a few keystrokes of searching you’ll find a Feb. 13, 2017, tweet from Findling, on Donald Trump’s 24th day in office, where he used the hashtags “Trump Russia” and “Impeach Trump” after National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was fired.

Trump went on to fire Southern District of New York (SDNY) U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara in March of 2017, and Findling made it publicly known that he wasn’t supportive of the move.
“The POTUS firing SDNY US Attorney Preet Bharara is a sign of FEAR that he would aggressively investigate the stench hovering over this POTUS,” Findling wrote on Twitter at the time.

Just two short months later, the high-profile attorney said Donald Trump’s public position on the Central Park Five was “racist, cruel, sick, unforgivable, and un-American.”
Later on, in the same year, Findling publicly voiced his criticism of one of Trump’s judicial nominees.
“Trump Fed judge nominee, not even a lawyer for 3 years, never tried a case …. truly disgraceful and pathetic!” the attorney wrote on Twitter.

The harsh words for Donald Trump continued well into 2018 when Findling called the then-president pathetic for his nasty attack against NBA star and education activist LeBron James.
“The racist architect of fraudulent Trump University criticizing Lebron, the founder of a free school for children…. POTUS pathetic once again!” the “Billion Dollar Lawyer,” wrote.
