FL Republican Lawmaker Appeared To Openly Threaten President Biden If He Tries To “Take Our Guns” The Morning After Uvalde Massacre

Allow me to remind you all that yesterday afternoon, at least 19 innocent young children and 2 adults were brutally gunned down in their classroom after an 18-year-old high school student turned gunman opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

Multiple reports have indicated that the shooting was so brutal, so heinous, that families were lining up for DNA swabs in an effort to match families to the mangled bodies of dead children.

The Texas massacre will go down in history as the worst mass shooting in the state’s modern history, the third most deadly mass shooting in the United States, just after the 2007 Virginia Tech shooting and 2012 Sandy Hook shooting, and the country’s third deadly mass shooting in a matter of weeks.

Suffice it to say, gun violence is a full-blown epidemic in the US, and this country is deathly sick.

And if it’s left up to the Republicans, we will only keep getting sicker.

GOP lawmakers from all across the nation have been chomping at the bit to protect their gun rights above all else, as the parents of 19 innocent kids prepare to bury their children in the coming days.

They’re offering buckets full of empty thoughts and prayers to the victims and families while actively lobbying for people in this country to maintain the ability to acquire the guns required to shoot the kids again.

And let me tell you, they’re FAR more impassioned over the mere notion of not being able to pack around deadly weapons than they are about the fact that 19 children didn’t go home yesterday.

Impassioned to the point, in fact, that they are apparently willing to openly threaten the President of the United States.

Florida Republican State Rep. Randy Fine took to Twitter this morning, the morning after 21 people lost their lives to gun violence, and had this to say:

I have news for the embarrassment that claims to be our President — try to take our guns and you’ll learn why the Second Amendment was written in the first place.”

You didn’t read that wrong. This was not a joke. A sitting member of US Congress took to social media to openly threaten the United States President.

When he got the backlash he so very much deserved, Rep. Fine only doubled down harder:

The reaction exposes the lie of the left that they just want ‘common sense gun control.’ They want one thing and one thing only — gun confiscation and an end to the 2A — and the notion that Americans will exercise their right to fight them makes them go crazy. Boo hoo.”

Twenty-one human beings are dead and Rep. Randy Fine says “Boo hoo.”
