Former Federal Prosecutor Calls Bullsh*t On Trump’s Claims That FBI Ransacked His 16-Year-Old Son’s Bedroom, Said That’s Highly Unlikely Unless Trump Was Storing Documents In There

I don't trust a word that comes out of Trump's mouth, honestly.

Earlier today, we reported on ex-President Trump’s unhinged weekend rant that bled into the early hours of Labor Day this morning, in which Donald continued to rage against the FBI for daring to execute a search and seizure warrant raid at his Palm Beach resort in the early days of August, despite the fact that they’ve never raided President Biden’s home and Trump thinks that’s really unfair.

Over the weekend, the scandal-ridden former president held his first rally since the August 8th raid, where he launched a nasty attack against the FBI and the US Department of Justice, as expected, calling them “vicious monsters” controlled by “radical left scoundrels, lawyers, and the media.”

“They rifled through the first lady’s closet drawers, and everything else,” Trump went on to claim to the room full of his supporters at the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, event. “And even did a deep and ugly search of the room of my 16-year-old son — leaving everything they touched in far different condition than it was when they started. Can you believe it?”

Trump went on to double down on these claims about Barron’s room in his Labor Day morning Truth Social rant today, writing, “So they riffled through the living quarters of my 16 year old son, Barron, and the loved and respected former First Lady of the United States, Melania but, despite proven high crimes and treason, and just plain common theft, all pointed out in the Laptop from Hell (and elsewhere), they never Raided or Broke Into the house of Hunter Biden or, perhaps even more importantly, the house of Joe Biden – A treasure trove! This is a Country that’s unfair and broken. We are truly a Nation in Decline!!!”

Last month, a source close to the ex-first lady seemed to confirm that the FBI did search through Melania’s things during the early August raid, claiming that it “annoyed” Melania, because she felt that it was a breach of her privacy.

“She’s private, and she’s protective of her son and her home,” an anonymous source recently told CNN. Additional sources reportedly went on to claim that the ex-first lady purchased all new underwear in the aftermath of the raid because FBI agents touched her undergarments during their search.

However, what we haven’t seen is any reports confirming that FBI officials did, in fact, rifle through 16-year-old Barron Trump’s bedroom during their time at Donald’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

And now, former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti is calling bullsh*t on Trump’s claims about his teenage son’s bedroom being positively ransacked by the FBI, telling MSNBC that FBI agents wouldn’t go anywhere near Barron’s bedroom unless they had “any reason to look for records there.”

“In other words, if Trump is storing boxes of classified documents or presidential records or other types of documents that could potentially be one or the other in the bedroom of Barron Trump then he should understand that that’s why the Justice Department is searching there,” Mariotti told MSNBC of the ex-president’s claims before adding what we’ve all been thinking, “Let’s face it, I don’t take anything that Trump says at face value.”

Trump’s claims of innocence and wrongful prosecution are, of course, hair-brained, at best. The Department of Justice recently released a bombshell 36-page court filing, complete with damning photos, confirming that multiple highly-classified government documents, including many with clear “Top Secret” markings, were discovered in Donald Trump’s personal Mar-a-Lago office during the FBI’s execution of the search and seizure warrant raid at his estate.

A detailed list of seized items released by the DOJ included more than 11,000 unclassified government records found at Mar-a-Lago, all of which Trump claims he had the right to keep upon the end of his presidency, that actually belong to the National Archives and Records Administration.

Eighteen marked “Top Secret,” 53 labeled “Secret,” and 31 marked “Confidential” were found inside Donald Trump’s Palm Beach compound. Among those, 7 top secret, 17 secret, and 3 confidential files were discovered in Donald’s personal office.

An additional several dozen folders clearly labeled “classified” were discovered empty in the ex-president’s personal office, raising serious suspicion that the former president or his people lost, destroyed, or hid sensitive documents from government officials.
