He's worse than usual.

Donald Trump insists publicly, “I don’t feel like I’m being impeached,” but privately, it’s another matter, because you know that a stain this big on his legacy must bruise his massive ego. The “president” is reportedly furious and has given into mood swings. According to a report on Politico that cites a friend of Trump’s, he “has gone through the full range of emotions — surprise, disappointment, anger, fury,” and “he’s now back to surprise.”

The news outlet reports on Trump’s rage after the impeachment inquiry was launched, then his wrath that was directed at Republicans for not doing enough to defend him. Trump later became angry at the career officials who testified. After the impeachment vote was tallied, Trump was upbeat due to the “lack of  Republican defections.”

Even though Trump claimed to not watch the impeachment proceedings, the “president” was joined in a room by more than a dozen confidants, including Vice President Mike Pence, Jared Kushner, acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney and White House congressional liaison Eric Ueland, to watch the final vote.

After the vote came in, the newly-impeached “president” raged on Twitter while lashing out at the world.

Trump is “bitter” about the vote, “annoyed” with the media coverage, and worried about his legacy, according to what nine people familiar with Trump’s week told Politico.

One former Trump aide told the outlet, “He goes through peaks and valleys. He’s very angry. It’s made a deep impression. The anger is deep and raw.”

“Coverage drives his mood,” the former aide added. “For the first time in a long time, there was competing narrative on the TV.”

On Friday, Trump tweeted, “Nancy Pelosi is looking for a Quid Pro Quo with the Senate. Why aren’t we Impeaching her?” while apparently unaware that a sitting Congressperson cannot be impeached, and somehow not fully versed on what a quid pro quo is. That was, of course, after the former reality show star unleashed a series of tweets to lash out at the largest online evangelical magazine in America for supporting his impeachment. And on Twitter, one could see some of Trump’s cult-like followers join him in attacking the magazine that Billy Graham founded.

Yeah, he’s angry. But, if we can be so bold as to suggest that if he would have upheld our Constitutional laws, then maybe he wouldn’t be thinking: I’m fucked. Trump finally did something in one-term that former President Barack Obama couldn’t do in two terms.

Yeah, maybe try to not be a lawless “president” next time, Sport.
