Jen Psaki Brutally Slaps Down Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Latest Theory

Jen was NOT having that.

As I’m sure you all are well aware by now, while I’m enormously proud of the entire Biden administration (especially in comparison to their predecessors) I can’t help but have a particular soft spot for President Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki.

Maybe it was all the Sarah Sanders and Sean Spicer and Kayleigh McEnany that makes me appreciate this wonderful, powerful woman so much. Or maybe it’s her perfect balance of grace and compassion with her spitfire, take no shit attitude. But whatever it is, I honestly and truly believe I’ll shed a tear when she leaves her position next year and I just don’t know if anyone else will be able to stack up for me.

But nevertheless, Jen is certainly putting her time left as the Biden administration press secretary to damn good use. And I simply can’t think up a better, more deserving “victim” of Psaki’s scorn than who was on the receiving end of it today.

Majorie Taylor Greene, that Republican Congresswoman who’s so full of bullshit conspiracy theories her eyes are turning poo brown) had the audacity, the absolute gall to seemingly compare the Biden administration’s vaccine program to Nazis.

As POLITICO reports:

Greene (R-Ga.) on Tuesday called efforts by the Biden White House to vaccinate more Americans against Covid-19 a ‘political tool’ and likened the administration’s on-the-ground push to a Nazi paramilitary wing, the Sturmabteilung, often referred to as ‘brownshirts.'”

“People have a choice, they don’t need your medical brown shirts showing up at their door ordering vaccinations. You can’t force people to be part of the human experiment,” Greene stated.

Psaki was having exactly zero of that.

In a segment on CNN today, Jen did what she does best, ignoring the most ignorant parts of Greene’s ridiculous statement and firing back with cold, hard facts.

“We don’t take any of our health and medical advice from Marjorie Taylor Greene. What we’ve seen over the course of the last several months is that one of the biggest barriers is access… It’s up to every individual to decide whether they’re going to get vaccinated,” Psaki responded to Greene’s appalling comments during her CNN segment.

She went on to add that she doesn’t feel that it’s the government’s role to encourage the private sector to mandate vaccines, but rather to work with local communities to make the vaccine as accessible as possible.

All Greene knows how to do is run her mouth.
