Jen Psaki Once Again Owns Fox News Reporter, Reminds Him That Trump Suggested "People Inject Versions Of Poison Into Their Veins"

Former President Donald Trump completely bungled his response to the COVID-19 pandemic while he was in office. We can point to so many different actions and inaction from the twice-impeached one-term president, including holding super-spreader rallies to feed his ego while dancing to YMCA while Americans were dying. But one of Trump’s suggestions to fight against COVID sticks out more than the others.

Trump suggested in April last year of using disinfectants and sunlight to treat COVID-19 patients. Disinfectants are hazardous substances and can be poisonous if ingested. Later, Trump walked that back and said that he was being sarcastic (he was not sarcastic) after a swift backlash ensued, even from the medical community.

Trump’s bizarre remarks forced some companies and state agencies to issue warnings about ingesting disinfectants. Lysol said in a statement at the time that “under no circumstance” should its products be used in the human body. Yeah, they had to do that because the former guy was careless with his words and thoughts amid the raging pandemic.

So, Fox New’s Peter Doocy attempted another gotcha’ question with White House press secretary Jen Psaki as he tried to blame President Joe Biden for vaccine hesitancy. And that was an odd question since most Americans approve of the vaccine and protective mask mandates, but Republicans do not.

Jaws dropped when Trump took to the White House briefing room and encouraged his top health officials to study the injection of bleach into the human body as a means of fighting COVID-19, and it’s a day that will go down in history. Recent history, though, is something that Doocy appears unaware of. Doesn’t Doocy ever get tired of being beaten down by Psaki? I guess he likes it.
