As election day rapidly approaches, it seems that Third First Lady Melania Trump is realizing that her days left in the White House are seriously numbered — and it looks as though she’s doing everything she can to completely ruin the place in the time she’s got left.
Over the course of her husband’s presidency, we’ve born witness to The Handmaiden’s Tale-esque Christmas decor, the renovated tennis court to distract herself from the fact that her hubby was about to get half the country killed in the beginning stages of the coronavirus pandemic, and we’ve heard the horror stories of the various remodels inside The White House itself.
But I’m not sure if any of it has been quite as bad as what she’s just done to the Rose Garden, just 71 days before she and her husband will likely be on the fast track out of the People’s House.
Melania dug her claws into the White House Rose Garden ahead of the Republican National Convention, after solidifying plans to deliver her RNC speech from the famous garden.

Unsurprisingly, social media didn’t take well to Melania’s announcement nor the changes to the timeless garden.
However, one key figure responded to the renovations in the very best way possible.
Meena Harris, the niece of Democratic Vice Presidential nominee, Kamala Harris, took the opportunity this morning to express her thoughts on the recent changes. And let me just tell you, we’re here for it.

Kamala has talked on many occasions how close she is to her nieces, so there’s actually a very real chance that Meena could play a huge role in restoring the Rose Garden back to its former beauty and rid the place of Melania’s stain.
But beyond that, Meena’s statement on the Rose Garden and the thinly-veiled jab at the administration as a whole is just further proof that when Biden and Harris win in just a few short weeks, they’re bringing the whole family to clean house.
