Lauren Boebert’s Teen Son Arrested, Facing 22 Charges In Apparent Connection To Massive String Of Trespassing, Thefts

It must run in the family.

It seems Lauren Boebert’s predisposition to criminality and overall scandal and drama isn’t just limited to the Colorado congresswoman, but rather a family trait.

Lauren herself is, of course, no stranger to the scandals — with her recent drama, ranging from parking lot makeout sessions with her ex-husband to physical altercations with the same guy in a public restaurant just weeks later, all culminating to such a level that she was forced to change districts in a desperate attempt to hold onto her congressional position. And then there’s her ex-husband who, frankly, is just a walking, talking red flag, at this point. Jayson Boebert has had more run-ins with the police than we can even keep up with, with his most infamous incident being the exposure of his genitals to minors at a bowling alley.

Over the years, the local police have become well acquainted with the Boebert couple, as multiple calls were made over domestic disturbances and alleged child abuse at the hands of Jayson.

But, apparently, the criminal crown is now being handed down to their offspring.

Local KJCT News 8 broke reporting out of Grand Junction, CO, last night, confirming that Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s 18-year-old son, the father of her grandson, was arrested in Garfield County on a staggering 22 charges — all of which are seemingly in connection to a recent string of trespassing and thefts in the area.

The Rifle Police Department’s Facebook page confirmed that Tyler Boebert was arrested at around 2:30 in the afternoon:

According to KJCT 8, Tyler Boebert faces the following charges: 4 counts of criminal possession of a financial device, 3 counts of first-degree criminal auto trespass with intent to commit crime, 4 counts of criminal possession of ID docs, 4 counts of ID theft possession with intent to use, 3 counts of contributing to delinquency of a minor, 3 counts of theft- less than $300, and 1 felony count of conspiracy to commit.

Lauren has not yet publicly responded to the charges against her son. However, she did ironically post this to her X (formerly known as Twitter) account, about an hour after her son’s arrest:
