On a recent MSNBC segment, former federal prosecutor Cynthia Alksne delivered her theory 0n the matter of Trump-appointed U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon and her numerous deliveries of corrupt court rulings that never fail to fall in the ex-president’s favor in the Mar-a-Lago stolen document case and the Department of Justice’s investigation into such — which has now fallen under intense scrutiny from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Alksne believed that the 11th Circuit Judges are poised to “slam” Cannon over her blatant corruption, at the expense of Donald Trump’s already wavering defense.
Former U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance made her own appearance on MSNBC’s “The Katie Phang Show” on the same day, where she offered her own additional analysis on the upcoming 11th Circuit ruling, as well as pointing out that the scandal-ridden president seemed to suffer two very major legal setbacks just before Thanksgiving Day — one of which Vance believes will serve as an “immediate threat” to Donald Trump.
Vance discussed the impending 11th Circuit ruling that she says is expected to finally give the US Department of Justice the free reign they need to fully conduct and pursue its investigation into Donald Trump and the stolen Mar-a-Lago document scandal. The former U.S. Attorney said she fully expects Cannon to be rebuked and tossed aside in the case, and that will not serve the ex-president nor his defense well.

“When you think about the Mar-a-Lago case, that poses a far more immediate threat to the former president,” Vance told the MSNBC host during this morning’s segment. “That is the prosecution that looks like it’s the furthest along in terms of where the investigation is headed.”
“The evidence is a little cleaner, it’s more narrowly focused than the January Six investigation, which has a lot more moving parts,” the legal expert went on to explain. “And, so this progress in Mar-a-Lago, which could be aided if the 11th Circuit rules as many people including myself who heard that oral argument expect, then it’s time for Federal District Judge Aileen Cannon to end her interference in the investigation.”
Vance ultimately predicted, “Once that ruling issues from the 11th Circuit, the DOJ will be able to use all of the evidence in that case, and continue to move forward towards indictment.”
It certainly seems as though this may finally be shaping up as the end of the line for Donald Trump.
