Donald Trump still hasn’t gotten over Republican Rep. Liz Cheney’s repeated rebukes of the former president over his role in the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. The twice-impeached one-term president should be focused on his newest scandal, but Trump’s priorities have always been skewed. Cheney now sits on the select committee, which was formed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to investigate the Capitol riot, including Trump’s role in it.
Interestingly, Trump called Cheney “deplorable,” a description the former president and his supporters embraced after Hillary Clinton called them “deplorables.” She wasn’t wrong. But now, I guess “deplorable” is bad, according to Trump. Trump loyalists on the Hill want Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger out of the House GOP Caucus, but Trump’s iron grip on the Republican party is loosening.
“The easiest way to defeat Deplorable Liz Cheney is by having only ONE Conservative candidate run and WIN! Wyoming Patriots will no longer stand for Nancy Pelosi and her new lapdog RINO Liz Cheney!,” Trump wrote, in part.

Trump is truly a broken man. Cheney, although I loathe her politics, has some brass ovaries. In contrast, Trump’s balls are still tucked away in Nancy Pelosi’s purse.
