In case you hadn’t noticed, the GOP’s biggest ding dong, Marjorie Taylor Greene, just doesn’t know when to quit — even when she’s getting her ass handed to her by everyone with two brain cells to rub together.
It was just last week we reported that Rachel Vindman, wife of retired United States Army lieutenant colonel and former Director for European Affairs for the United States National Security Council turned Trump impeachment witness Alexander Vindman, tore into the Georgia GOP House Representative after Greene implied that the nation would be better off with disgraced ex-president Donald Trump still in power.
And, of course, that was fresh off a recent Twitter suspension on Greene’s end for spreading misinformation about the COVID-19 pandemic.
But once again, ole MTG clearly hasn’t learned her lesson.
Today, Greene found herself at the center of an explosion of backlash when she took to her Twitter account to not only attack President Biden over the decisions he’s making regarding the chaos in Afghanistan but to once again claim that this wouldn’t be happening under Trump’s reign of terror because he could apparently get whatever he wanted out of the Taliban.

“The Taliban would have NEVER said no to President Trump, but they just told Biden no to extending the August 31st deadline to pull troops. Biden abandoned Americans and dishonored our military, veterans, and allies. Biden has disgraced America! Biden must be impeached!” Greene wrote on Twitter.

President Biden has insinuated that he would keep American forces in Afghanistan past the pre-set deadline for leaving if that’s what it takes to get all Americans and Afghan allies out of the country safely. Taliban leaders have made it clear that they expect the United States to abide by the deadline that’s at the end of this month.
Greene, however, is suggesting that this problem simply wouldn’t exist under Trump’s power, because he could force the Taliban to bend to his will — before going on to suggest that President Biden should be impeached.
To say the very least, Twitter users with a shred of common sense to their names were quick to remind the controversial GOPer that Donald Trump came just short of giving the Taliban their every wish and desire when he signed a 2020 treaty with the extremists that was so one-sided towards the Taliban that the Republican National Convention actually deleted the agreement from the website when listing the former guy’s accomplishments.
And maybe it wasn’t a good idea to negotiate with the taliban and not include the actual government. Maybe it wasn’t a good idea to give them 5000 of their people back. Maybe we shouldn’t have given them legitimacy by making any deal with them…but sure whatever you say. pic.twitter.com/KbcDWp0BZg

Please, they played Trump like a fiddle. They basically got exactly what they wanted with him.

They never needed to tell him no…he gave them everything they wanted. Released 5,000 and their leader.

Why would they say no to Trump when he:
✔️Surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban
✔️Agreed to reduce our troops from 13,000 to 2,500
✔️Insisted that Afghanistan free 5000 prisoners, including Baradarhttps://t.co/cAWT5qfpsN— Kal – The truth should matter. (@TruthJustis4USA) August 23, 2021
You knew better, Greene. You knew better.
