Donald Trump has made quite the mockery of customs in this country when it comes to our Democratic process. Joe Biden has very clearly won the 2020 presidential election, yet Donald outright refuses to concede or follow the precedent and tradition that is expected of the losing candidate in this nation.
In addition to refusing to concede, the entire Trump team has refused to cooperate in every conceivable way. Just yesterday we reported that a little-known Trump appointee, General Services Administration (GSA) Administrator Emily Murphy, who’s tasked with signing a letter that would allow the Biden transition team access to crucial resources needed to begin the changeover, has refused to do just that — with reports indicating that the Trump team has essentially been instructed to ignore the Biden team and their requests to begin the transition.
Frankly, every member of the Trump cult has been digging their heels in regarding this election. And now it seems that Melania Trump is no exception.
According to a report from Mirror, the current First Lady has followed in her husband’s footsteps and refused to offer her congratulations to or a meeting with her incoming replacement, Jill Biden.

Melania indicated that she would be following her husband’s lead on this rigged election narrative, despite their resounding lack of proof, when she took to her Twitter account and posted a tweet saying, “The American people deserve fair elections. Every legal – not illegal – vote should be counted.”
“We must protect our democracy with complete transparency,” the soon-to-bed ex-First Lady wrote.

It’s clear that absolutely no one within this administration has any intention of following customs and precedent and allowing this nation to smoothly and peacefully transition, as we’ve done for so many decades before.
