New Tell-All Book Claims Ivanka And Jared Tried To Force Their Way Into A Meeting With The Queen: They “Thought They Were The Royal Family Of The United States”

Former President Donald Trump’s four adult children — Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, and Tiffany Trump — joined him and First Lady Melania Trump on their trip to the UK in 2019. Eric’s wife, Lara Trump, and Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner, also joined them on the trip.

According to an excerpt of the forthcoming book, “I’ll Take Your Questions Now,” by Melania Trump’s former chief of staff and the former president’s White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham, Jared and Ivanka tried to “push” their way into meeting Queen Elizabeth II. The excerpt obtained by the Washington Post doesn’t paint a very flattering picture of Jared and Ivanka.

“Grisham writes that Ivanka and Jared tried to push their way into meeting Queen Elizabeth II alongside the president and first lady, a wild breach of protocol on a state visit, but were thwarted when they couldn’t fit into the helicopter.” the outlet reports.

“I finally figured out what was going on,” Grisham writes. “Jared and Ivanka thought they were the royal family of the United States,” adding, “I had shared with Mrs. Trump many times my opinion that if we lost reelection in 2020, it would be because of Jared. She didn’t disagree with me.”

Grisham notes that Melania Trump “and White House staff called Ivanka “the Princess.” According to the book, Ivanka regularly invoked “my father” during work meetings, and Grisham dubbed Jared Kushner “the Slim Reaper” for his habit of inserting himself into other people’s projects, making a mess and leaving them to take the blame.

Geez, Jared sounds like Donald, who is like an arsonist who sets a fire, then runs into his bunker and comes out to blame everyone who got burned.

“By the end of the administration, Grisham says, Kushner was Trump’s “real chief of staff.” He sat next to Pence, the vice president and the newly named head of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, and ran the first meeting about what Trump should say to the nation about the pandemic,” the report adds. “He also apparently dictated much of the president’s first widely criticized televised address about the pandemic — the one that announced travel restrictions before alerting the federal agencies who would have to implement them.”

Jared and Ivanka now live in South Florida, not that far from Donald, but they appear to be keeping their distance from the twice-impeached one-term president.
