Report Claims Trump’s Top White House Aides Told Him That He Didn’t Need To Say The Word “Concede”

You don't have to say you concede Donald, we know you lost.

This nightmare is almost over. Donald Trump has lost the 2020 presidential election and subsequently lost every fight he has managed to put forth against it. Trump’s most loyal minions are one by one, slowly telling him to reign it in as they realize that the only way they have a future in politics is if they jump ship. And finally, weeks late and many failed lawsuits later, the Trump campaign has started cooperating in the transition of power, even if Trump himself doesn’t agree, according to a report from the New York Times on Monday:

“President Trump’s government on Monday authorized President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. to begin a formal transition process after Michigan certified Mr. Biden as its winner, a strong sign that the president’s last-ditch bid to overturn the results of the election was coming to an end,” The New York Times report continued. “Mr. Trump did not concede, and vowed to persist with efforts to change the vote, which have so far proved fruitless.”

First, it was the media that didn’t choose the president, now he is tweeting out that the GSA doesn’t, and I’m sure if this somehow made it up to his stacked Supreme Court, he would gleefully declare that they don’t choose the president either. The New York Times report explains just how the Trump campaign finally collapsed and agreed to cooperate despite Trump’s refusal:

Mr. Trump had been resisting any move toward a transition, but in conversations in recent days that intensified Monday morning, top aides — including Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff; Pat A. Cipollone, the White House counsel; and Jay Sekulow, the president’s personal lawyer — told the president the transition needed to begin. He did not need to say the word ‘concede,’ they told him, according to multiple people briefed on the discussions.”

There you have it, folks, pretty much everyone but Rudy Giuliani and his immediate family are now working towards a transition, although I am sure they will still attempt to stir up whatever drama they can to cause interruption. I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump thought “concede” was this magic word and until he uttered it, he wasn’t a loser, all the while everyone around him has accepted the truth and are beginning to usher in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Was the crisis in Afghanistan surrounding the pull out of American Troops Biden's fault or Trump's fault?
