In case you hadn’t noticed, Donald Trump has just the worst possible luck when it comes to picking and choosing his friends. He’s somehow managed to only surround himself with miscreants and criminals everywhere he goes — Jeffrey Epstein, Michael Cohen, Michael Flynn, Rick Gates, George Papadopoulos, Paul Manafort… The list truly goes on and on. And now Trump associate Roger Stone is part of the Trump cohort crew that’s found themselves taking a long trip to the pokey.
I’m beginning to think it has a whole lot less to do with bad judgment in associates and a whole lot more to do with the fact that human beings tend to surround themselves with other human beings that are like themselves. Criminals hang with criminals, right? Who woulda thunk it?
Let’s get real here. It has nothing to do with bad luck or a shitty inability to pick and choose your friends. Donnie’s just a criminal, y’all. And all his pals are too.
And as such, it comes as no real surprise that yet another Trump buddy has bit the dust.

As of yesterday, Donald’s comrade Roger Stone was convicted of all seven felony charges brought up against him in the investigation conducted by former Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
But what makes Donnie’s situation special compared to other criminals with criminal best friends is the fact that Trump has the ability to get his friends out of trouble — thanks to his pardoning abilities as the “president” of the United States.
And it seems that Stone’s family is really, desperately hoping that Donald can find it in his heart to use that ability to do Stone a solid.
Appearing on a segment with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, Stone’s daughter, Adria Stone, essentially begged the president to get her daddy out of trouble through a presidential pardon of his crimes.
“I can only ask, and I do,” Adria stated after Carlson brought up Trump’s potential pardoning of Stone. “If he can, Donald Trump if you can hear me, please save our family.”
“He does not deserve this. Nobody deserves this,” Stone’s daughter continued. “And after February, when everything is said and done, I’d like a lot of people to look at the money trail and where this all started. Because this shouldn’t happen to anybody. Nobody should have to lose their life to what we have just experienced.”
“And there’s a lot more to come out. But obviously, we can’t talk about it,” she added.
Here’s the thing, though, Adria. Your daddy DOES deserve it. Because he’s GUILTY. The only reason your pops is likely to get lucky enough for a pardon is that Trump is just as guilty as he is.
