Former President Donald Trump has insulted Texas Republican Ted Cruz numerous times, including questioning his Christian faith, calling him a liar, saying he will “spill the beans” on his wife, suggested that Cruz’s father was involved in JFK’s assassination, and yet, the Senator has remained devoted to the twice-impeached one-term president.

Former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani is going broke in trying to keep up with legal fees after he helped push Trump’s big lie of widespread voter fraud that doesn’t exist. After being suspended from practicing law in New York state, Giuliani had his reciprocal license suspended in Washington, DC. And Trump is not helping his former attorney with his legal woes.

We could give numerous accounts of Republicans that have laid everything on the line for Donald Trump, only to find out that loyalty with the former president is a one-way street.

Sen. Ted Cruz appeared on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show Monday night and murdered irony by saying that Congressional Democrats have a herd mentality where they obey one person.

Watch:

Twitter users pounced.

Cruz retweeted the clip for some reason.

Meanwhile, Trump lost the Republican Party the House, the Senate, and the White House, and the GOP remains loyal to the former president. Yeah, sure, but it’s the Democrats!
