Former reality show star Donald Trump took to his Twitter account on Friday morning to complain that his impeachment defense team has to present its case this weekend during the “Death Valley” of TV time slots. It’s all about ratings, adoration, and attention with this “president.” The problem with Trump’s line of thinking here, aside from the incessant whining, is that it was Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who laid out the rules earlier this week. It was McConnell’s idea to have Democratic impeachment managers outline their case in the middle of the night in order to have a smaller number of viewers tuning in.
“After having been treated unbelievably unfairly in the House, and then having to endure hour after hour of lies, fraud & deception by Shifty Schiff, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer & their crew, looks like my lawyers will be forced to start on Saturday, which is called Death Valley in T.V.,” Trump scribbled during his morning Twitter meltdown.

Democratic impeachment managers presented facts using slideshows, video clips, Trump’s own words, and testimonies from those in the “president’s” orbit. Republicans are trying to obstruct evidence and witness testimony, and yet Trump thinks he’s been treated “unfairly.” The fact is that America has been treated unfairly by this corrupt self-entitled “president.” The United States married its abusive boyfriend, and it’s time for a divorce.

If President Crazy Pants is so interested in ratings, then he should march his lazy, massive ass into the chamber, take the oath, and testify. That would bring in ratings so high that TV sets would explode across the nation. Trump is probably too busy to consider this with his second bucket of KFC placed on his lap while he unleashes tweets on the toilet, in the middle of taking his morning big boy boom boom.
