Trump is big mad.

As if Cassidy Hutchinson’s bombshell surprise testimony this week wasn’t bad enough for what little defense Donald Trump has left, we can pretty much guarantee that the remainder of the disgraced ex-president’s hopes and dreams just went swirling down the toilet, after the January 6th House Select Committee announced that they have now officially subpoenaed his former White House attorney, Pat Cipollone.

House Select Committee Chairman Rep. Bennie Thompson said in their announcement on the subpoena, “The Select Committee’s investigation has revealed evidence that Mr. Cipollone repeatedly raised legal and other concerns about President Trump’s activities on January 6th and in the days that preceded.”

In their subpoena letter to the former Trump White House attorney, who defended Trump in his first impeachment trial, the Committee wrote, “The inquiry includes examination of former President Trump’s awareness of and involvement in activities undertaken to subvert the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, including the submission of fake electoral ballots to Congress and the executive branch, and the attempted appointment of Jeffrey Clark as acting attorney general, and efforts to interfere with the Congressional certification of the electoral results on Jan. 6, 2021. Our investigation has revealed credible evidence that you have information concerning these and other issues with the scope of the select committee’s inquiry.”

Apparently, this news sent Donald Trump’s head spinning.

Following the subpoena announcement, the one-term, twice-impeached former president took to his floundering social media platform, Truth Social, and once again attacked the “Unselect Committee,” railing against the panel for trying to get “dirt” on his presidency through his WH counsel.

“Unselect Committee (sic) is asking to interview the former White House counsel for dirt, even though that would set a terrible precedent for future Presidents. NO!” Trump fumed in a “Truth.”

In the same “Truth,” Trump once again railed against Cassidy Hutchinson and tried to further discredit her testimony, including her allegations that the ex-president lunged at his driver upon learning that he could not go to the Capitol on January 6th.

The man is terrified.

Was the crisis in Afghanistan surrounding the pull out of American Troops Biden's fault or Trump's fault?
