Trump Just Appeared To Defend Kyle Rittenhouse During Briefing: “He Was Trying To Get Away From Them…They Very Violently Attacked Him. He Probably Would’ve Been Killed”

We KNEW this was coming!!!

Earlier this afternoon, Trump’s press secretary Kayleigh McEnany was asked for the president’s comments on Kyle Rittenhouse — the 17-year-old “vigilante” who recently shot 3 people, killing two, during a Black Lives Matters protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who was ultimately allowed to walk right past police officers and go home on the night he murdered two human beings in cold blood. Something that Trump had yet to even so much as mention while he continues to scream and fuss about the “violence” he feels is being perpetrated by the left.

During Kayleigh’s presser, she was quick to say that Trump “is not going to weigh in on that” at this time, but told reporters that he may have something to say about the situation should he be asked about it during this evening’s coronavirus briefing.

Unsurprisingly so, it didn’t take long for reporters to question him about Rittenhouse, a self-proclaimed Trump supporter who’s apparently been to MAGA rallies and filled his social media with support for the current president.

However, if there were EVER a time in which Donald Trump should have kept his damn mouth shut, this was it.

A reporter during the briefing point-blank asked Trump if he “condemned the actions of vigilantes like Kyle Rittenhouse.”

The answer that spewed forth from Donald Trump’s mouth was enough to make you lose your lunch.

That was in interesting situation. You saw the same tape as I saw, and he was trying to get away from them, I guess… Looks like… And he fell. And then they very violently attacked him. And it was something that we’re looking at right now and it’s under investigation but, I guess, he was in very big trouble. He probably would’ve been killed. But it’s under investigation.”

You didn’t read that wrong and your ears are not deceiving you. The president of this nation just seemed to shamelessly excuse a 17-year-old who was not from Kenosha and was not legally allowed to carry a firearm for blatantly murdering two innocent people in cold blood and permanently maiming another. He very clearly painted a picture that put the blame on the “violent” protesters and seemed to say that it just simply wasn’t Kyle’s fault, or at least not entirely, because, hey, he fell down, guys.

Now that I think of it, I’m glad he didn’t keep his mouth shut. This country needs to know what a vile piece of disgusting, racist garbage this man really and truly is.

Don’t forget this in November.
