Just yesterday, ex-President Trump seemingly had his evil sights set on his own former vice president, as he’s apparently still quite upset that Mike Pence wouldn’t help him steal the 2020 presidential election — ultimately leading the former guy to demand that the January 6th House Select Committee actually launch an investigation into his very own old right-hand man.
But it seems Donald’s attention on Pence was relatively short-lived, as the one-term, twice-impeached former guy managed to find himself a new target that very same night — this time in one of his most sycophantic GOP congressmen, South Carolina’s Lindsey Graham.
Over the weekend, during Donald’s Conroe, TX, MAGA rally, the ex-president essentially promised all of his supporters who were involved in the infamous January 6th Capitol attack a round of presidential pardons from him should he manage to make it back into the White House in 2024, a move that one House Select Committee member has already said was “absolutely” witness tampering as they investigate the insurrection and Trump’s specific role in it.
Saying as much at his rally was bad enough. But, in true Trump fashion, the former guy doubled-down on the notion during a Newsmax interview, following his weekend event.

“I would absolutely give them a pardon if things don’t work out fairly,” Trump very proudly told the interviewer, going on to claim that some of the rioters have received sentences “20 times out of proportion” compared to the crimes they committed.
“Some of these people are not guilty. Many of these people are not guilty,” he went on to state. “What they’ve done to these — and in many cases, patriots. They’re soldiers, they’re policemen. What they’ve done to them compared to what they’ve done to the other side, you know you have to have equal justice, and this isn’t equal, so I would absolutely be prepared — and Lindsey Graham doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about if he says that. Because you have to have equal justice.”
Following Trump’s original pardon promise during his TX rally over the weekend, Graham spoke out on CBS’s Face The Nation and called the ex-president’s promise “inappropriate.”
“I don’t want to send any signal that it was OK to defile the Capitol,” Graham stated in response to Trump’s potential pardons for Capitol rioters. “There are other groups with causes that may want to go down the violent path if these people get pardoned.”
“I think it’s inappropriate. I don’t want to reinforce that defiling the Capitol was OK. I don’t want to do anything that would make this more likely in the future.”

During Trump’s Newsmax interview, the host specifically questioned him regarding Lindey’s recent response to the pardons and, to say the least, it seems Donald isn’t impressed with his old pal.
“Lindsey’s a nice guy, but he’s a RINO,” Trump stated, referring to Graham with the acronym used for “Republicans in Name Only,” which he regularly uses as an insult for Republicans who don’t give him their blind loyalty and support.
“Lindsey Graham doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about if he says that.”

Frankly, Donnie isn’t going to have many friends left if he keeps this up.
