Trump Unleashes Rageful Rant, Attacks Biden And Newsom As Fires Continue To Ravage California

Donald Trump found a way to make the California fires about him.

The fires currently raging in California are a major disaster, costing countless Californians their homes. As of Wednesday afternoon, per CNN, the fires have killed two people and destroyed over 1,000 structures.

“It’s basically how dry and thirsty the atmosphere is, and that correlates highly with wildfire potential,” Michael Mann, a leading climate scientist, told CNN. “And we’re seeing very high levels of evaporative demand precisely in those regions where these wildfires have broken out.”

Donald Trump, though, reacted to the tragedy in typical Trump fashion, with the job one blaming the carnage on the Biden Administration, Gov. Gavin Newsom, and other Democrats.

“Governor Gavin Newscum refused to sign the water restoration declaration put before him that would have allowed millions of gallons of water, from excess rain and snow, melt from the North, to flow daily into many parts of California, including the areas that are currently burning in a virtually apocalyptic way,” Trump said in one of the posts. “He wanted to protect an essentially worthless fish called a smelt, by giving it less water (it didn’t work!), but didn’t care about the people of California. Now the ultimate price is being paid.”

Later, Trump seemed most concerned about the difficulty he will face in coming into office in 12 days.

“NO WATER IN THE FIRE HYDRANTS, NO MONEY IN FEMA. THIS IS WHAT JOE BIDEN IS LEAVING ME. THANKS JOE!.”

Then Trump complained about the cost of the fires.

“The fires in Los Angeles may go down, in dollar amount, as the worst in the History of our Country,” the Truth Social post said. “In many circles, they’re doubting whether insurance companies will even have enough money to pay for this catastrophe. Let this serve, and be emblematic, of the gross incompetence and mismanagement of the Biden/Newscum Duo. January 20th cannot come fast enough!”

There was much less in Trump’s reactions when it came to expressing symphony and compassion for those who lost their homes and had their lives uprooted.
