Trump’s Former Press Secretary Says Ex-President Will Run Again In 2024: “He’s In”

Oh, dear God.

Now-former President Donald Trump has been teasing a third run at the White House since pretty much the very moment he lost his second run back in November. And, frankly, we all pretty much know good and well that if he’s at all able to run, he’s going to. The guy’s ego is bigger than his waistline and he’s not about to take any sort of loss with a grain of salt on a fleck of humility. However, through all that teasing and talk, and despite the fact that he has claimed to have made a final decision as to whether or not he will run for a third time, Donald has yet to actually make any official announcements regarding his presidential candidacy for 2024. Truth be told, heaven only knows why he’s putting it off.

But, it seems as though one of his (many) old press secretaries isn’t so eager to keep a lid on things.

Donald Trump’s old press secretary Sean Spicer recently did an interview with the Washington Examiner and while Trump himself has yet to make any formal announcements, Spicer claims his former boss is “in” when to come to the 2024 presidential race.

Spicer claims that Donald’s decision regarding a third stab at the presidency was solidified through watching the way President Biden has handled his duties over the last 7 months.

“A couple of months ago, I wasn’t sure,” Spicer commented during the interview of Trump’s potential third White House run. “Now… there needs to be something that will keep him out.”

The Examiner does not note whether Spicer’s claims are merely his own opinion, if Spicer had contact with Trump’s inner circle, or if he’s personally spoken with the disgraced ex-president to know for a fact that Trump will actually run again.

Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, appeared to make a similar suggestion recently when he spoke of a meeting he participated in with Donald Trump during a recent Newsmax interview.

“We met with several of our Cabinet members tonight… I’m not authorized to speak on behalf of the president, but I can tell you this…we wouldn’t be meeting tonight if we weren’t making plans to move forward in a real way, with President Trump at the head of that ticket,” Meadows said, per a report from The Hill.

While, again, the former guy has yet to make any official announcements, it’s clear that Spicer’s is just confirming what we already knew.
