“Where there is a will, there is a way” — a lawyer’s creed that shows the diligence in which they will handle any case — unless it is Donald Trump’s election fraud claims apparently.
Trump has been attempting, pathetically so, to hold up the 2020 presidential election with numerous lawsuits. From baseless Sharpie conspiracies to waving around stacks of so-called affidavits, not only is the Trump team unsuccessful in making anything they throw out there stick, it’s causing them to bleed lawyers.
While Rudy Giuliani will always stick with Trump, ready to rant at any hardware store they let him in front of, three other attorneys have asked to be removed from a federal lawsuit in Pennsylvania, and the attorney they’re left with is questionable at best.
Marc Scaringi, in a now-deleted post on his website, already referred to Biden as “president-elect” and the “46th president of the United States” and now he is being tasked with bringing that under some sort of legal scrutiny. Even with that now-deleted doubt removed from the picture, his confidence on the matter of Trump’s election lawsuits doesn’t bode well either based on what he had to say in his radio show that aired on November 7th.

“I’ve been saying since Wednesday morning that Biden would win, in my opinion there really are no bombshells that are about to drop that will derail a Biden presidency including these lawsuits,” Scaringi said.
He concisely concludes his thoughts on the matter with a statement that puts his job as an attorney on these election litigations into perspective:
At the end of the day, in my view, the litigation will not work.”

It’s clear that the Trump team’s attorney, Marc Scaringi, thinks these lawsuits are going to be a fruitless effort so that begs the question — Why? Is Donald Trump such a loser that instead of just accepting his loss he has to go out in such a disastrous manner?
