Trump’s Own CIA Director Reportedly Described Him As “Acting Out Like A 6-Year-Old With A Tantrum” After He Lost

This is insane.

As we’ve all known for quite some time now, things went a little (a lot) sideways inside the Trump White House after Donald’s embarrassing defeat in the 2020 presidential election. Just from the outside looking in, it was clear that Donald Trump was not accepting the results of America’s election graciously as he should have and instead immediately took to spreading conspiracy theories and lies, alleging widespread fraud that simply does not exist, all because he’s a sore loser.

However, up until recently, we didn’t know just how bad things were on the inside.

We recently reported on the new, upcoming book from The Washington Post‘s Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, Peril, in which the two outline the severity of things inside the Trump administration upon Donald’s brutal election loss. According to the new book, the White House was rife with backbiting, tension, profanity-filled phone calls, rage, and fear — as Donald refused to back down and accept his defeat and GOPers tried to navigate how to get him out of the White House without harming their own relationship with the dictator-style man who had become the “face” of the Republican party.

But, believe it or not, it gets even worse.

According to a report from Business Insider covering the upcoming book, then-CIA Director Gina Haspel allegedly discussed her fears surrounding Donald Trump’s plans and overall state of mind on November 10th.

“We are on the way to a right-wing coup. The whole thing is insanity. He is acting out like a six-year-old with a tantrum,” Haspel allegedly said of Trump, who had just lost the 2020 presidential election.

According to the book, Haspel’s remarks came the day after then-outgoing-President Trump had fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper. The former CIA Director reportedly had her own fears that she would also be fired in the final days of Donald’s term in the White House.
