The entire Trump administration has been attempting to throw the president’s impeachment out on little more than a technicality or some desperate loophole because they all know damn good and well that he did exactly what he’s being accused of.
In the end, most of the GOP’s tactics come down to trying to discredit the witnesses that have dared to speak out against Trump’s shady and treasonous actions, despite being stonewalled at every turn by Donald and his team of lawyers.
But when it comes to Trump’s right-hand man and Vice President Mike Pence, it seems that he’s not quite as willing to make the other side look like a bunch of lying fools — no matter how badly his boss wants him to.
Mike Pence sat down this morning with Face the Nation host Magaret Brennan who grilled the VP on the witnesses that have given testimony so far confirming Trump’s quid pro quo with the Ukrainian government.

But when Brennan attempted to question Pence regarding the testimonies that Trump offered military aid and funding in exchange for dirt on his political opponents, it didn’t seem like Mike really wanted to talk.
“We have had at least four U.S. officials under oath say that they had knowledge of a deal being offered that made military aid and a meeting with the president contingent on opening an investigation that relates to the company Joe Biden’s son served on the board of,” Brennan stated. “Are they all lying?”
Pence quickly tried to claim that Trump did “nothing wrong” before trying to divert the direction of the conversation with a clear grimace on his face.
“What I can tell you is all of my interaction on this issue with the President of the United States and President Zelensky focused entirely on three things,” Pence replied, no doubt from memorization of the script Donald has told him he’s allowed to stick to. “Number one, the United States of America’s support for Ukraine following the Russian invasion of Crimea and the war that Russia has been fomenting there. Number two, President Zelensky was elected in a historic landslide… on an agenda to end corruption in Ukraine. And we very much wanted to understand the progress on that. And thirdly, President Trump believed that it was time for the European community to step up.”
“Are you saying you did not ever hear of such a deal? Is that what I understand you’re describing?” Brennan continued to press as the VP attempted to talk over her.
Pence went on to again insist that it was not a part of his “interactions” with the president.
Someone put this sniveling, squirming idiot under oath. Something tells me he’ll sing like a scared little birdie.
