World leaders have been caught on camera mocking our buffoonish “president” before, but now more video footage has surfaced showing Donald Trump’s best pal, Russian president Vladimir Putin, joining Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad in having a good laugh behind the former reality show star’s back in Damascus last week.
“If Trump arrives along this road [to Damascus], everything will become normal with him too,” Assad said, according to a translation of the conversation posted by Axios. Putin then joked around about inviting Trump. Assad then said that he was ready for a visit with such a changed version of Trump, to which Putin responded, “I will tell him,” then both of the men laughed. Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All East John X Yazigi, are seen laughing as well.

As the Biblical story goes, the Apostle Paul, who used to persecute Christians, was struck blind by God while he as on his way to Damascus, He was later to be transformed into a follower of Christ after he was baptized and regained his sight. Perhaps they’re saying that Trump needs to be hit in the head. Or maybe they think Trump is a shitty version of a Christian, although, all three of the men, including Trump, would make Jesus weep.
It was just last month that another video emerged of world leaders attending the NATO summit in London apparently discussing the US “president.” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was seen in the footage joking with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron about Trump’s lengthy press conferences at a Buckingham Palace reception.
Trump has been routinely snubbed by world leaders who obviously know that he is not mentally or physically equipped to preside over the most powerful country in the world. But, some voters thought it would be a great idea to give the keys to the White House to a serial-bankruptcy filer who had zero political experience and a swampy past. And that’s how we got here. Well, he had a little help from that Russian thug in the video, too.
