As the House of Representatives tallied up their final, formal votes to officially impeach Donald Trump, number 45 had some rather peculiar plans of his own.
While the House voted to permanently mark him in history as an impeached president, forcing him to join the ranks of the likes of Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, Trump was carrying on with a room full of some of his most devoted loyalists at a MAGA rally in Battle Creek, Michigan — no doubt with the intent to make himself feel better about the fact that he would soon be positively fucked and his desperate little 6-page letter than read like the illegitimate love child of a Trump tweet and an Adderall-fueled presser rant didn’t do a damn thing to save his ass in the long run.
Naturally, Donnie just wasn’t in a very good mood last night.
While all of his rallies are a hot mess, at best, this particular MAGA shindig was a dumpster fire of the highest power — complete with everything from “Me Too” jokes to fat-shaming against a protester to unhinged, manic rants about toilets (again) to downright disgusting attacks against the deceased spouse of one Congressperson who voted in favor of his impeachment.
You did not read that wrong — Donald Trump is 100 percent actually back to attacking dead people — in the most sickening way imaginable.

Trump first started the assault against Democratic Representative Debbie Dingell on Saturday, when the congresswoman voiced her support for his impeachment.
“The last time I spoke to Debbie Dingell was her call thanking me for granting top memorial and funeral service honors for her then just departed husband, long time Congressman John Dingell,” Trump’s tweet read. “Now I watch her ripping me as part of the Democrats Impeachment Hoax. Really pathetic!”

Trump doubled down on his repulsive behavior during his rally last night, after the House votes were tallied, but quite literally suggesting that Dingell’s recently deceased husband was looking up at them all from Hell.
Again, I am not kidding.
He began his rant by bragging about the fact that he gave Dingell’s husband the respectful funeral he was rightfully owed and upon his death and gloating about the thanks he received from the Congresswoman claiming that Debbie said her husband was “looking down” and would “be so thrilled” before addressing the crowd and stating, “Maybe he’s looking up. I don’t know.” — clearly implying that the late Congressman could be in Hell.

The man has done a lot of low shit over the course of the past three years. But this one may very well take the cake in the downright nauseating category.
Of course, video footage of Trump’s stomach-churning diatribe quickly made its way around social media and undoubtedly landed in the lap of the victim of the verbal onslaught herself, Debbie Dingell.
Now, personally, I feel that calling him everything but the kitchen sink would’ve been more than warranted in this situation.
However, Dingell defended herself with dignity and grace.
Taking to her Twitter account this evening, the Congresswoman wrote, “Mr. President, let’s set politics aside. My husband earned all his accolades after a lifetime of service. I’m preparing for the first holiday season without the man I love. You brought me down in a way you can never imagine and your hurtful words just made my healing much harder.”

Rep. Dingell’s office then went on to issue a further response to the “president’s” attack:

I’m not sure if there’s ever been a time when Trump should’ve been more ashamed of himself than he should be now.
