After Saying “Enough Is Enough” Regarding Trump’s Recent Actions, Lindsey Graham Is Reportedly Flying To Texas On Air Force One Today

What a weird dude.

It was just last week that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), one of President Donald Trump’s biggest bootlickers, strongly condemned efforts to object to congressional recognition of the election. It’s been over two months since the election, and  Trump has remained consistent that he won the presidential race that he clearly lost to President-elect Joe Biden.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) voiced strong opposition to those seeking to block Congress’s approval of the 2020 Electoral College results, saying he would not support President Trump’s unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud and plans to recognize Joe Biden as the president-elect. And just after the riots, Lindsey had had enough.

“Trump and I, we had a hell of a journey,” Graham said on the Senate floor last after lawmakers reconvened following the violent uprising at the Capitol from Trump supporters earlier in the day. “I hate it being this way. Oh my god, I hate it … but today, all I can say is count me out. Enough is enough. I tried to be helpful.”

Well, Graham said that on the 6th, the same day as the deadly insurrection incited by Donald Trump, causing five deaths, chaos, mayhem, and destruction. And six days later, Lindsey is flying to Texas with Trump. Now, he may be acting as the president’s babysitter, trying to soothe his massive but fragile ego, or he’s just an ass-kissing old fool. Or both.

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins reported the news.

And all of this is especially weird since the South Carolina Republican was recently harassed at an airport by Trump supporters for acknowledging Joe Biden’s victory. And it was a landslide victory, but Trump has fed his supporters so many lies and conspiracy theories that his fans are going along with whatever he says, despite there being no evidence to back up his wild-eyed claims. So, Trump supporters called Graham a “traitor,” along with a few expletives. And now, of course, like a spineless jellyfish, he’s going to Texas with the outgoing, impeached, insurgent-inciting president.

We’re not sure why Graham won his seat again since he’s been solely serving as Trump’s enabler for four long years, but here we are. I get it, though, Linds. I got back together once with a guy I broke up with — but I regretted it soon afterward.
