Don Jr. Posted Screenshot Of What He Claimed Is His Daddy’s First Post On His New Social Media Platform, Truth Social, And People Buried The Trump Spawn Neck-Deep In Mockery

HA! That went over like a ton of bricks!

Well, once again, Donald Trump Jr.’s day isn’t going so well.

The past couple of days has been a whirlwind of trouble for the ex-president and his spawns — what with the document flushing fiasco, daddy’s company getting dumped by their longtime accounting firm on Valentine’s Day of all days, and the DC Attorney General’s bombshell announcement that the Trump Organization is now included in his Trump inauguration investigation (with Mel’s former BFF starring as the lead witness in the case), making Donnie’s offspring fair game.

I mean, it’s been a long couple of weeks.

It seems Trump’s eldest child and namesake, Don Jr., may have been trying to cheer himself up while not-so-chalant-ly fishing for some compliments when he took to both his Instagram and Twitter accounts today with a screenshot of what he claimed was his daddy’s very first post on Donald Trump’s own new social media platform, hilariously dubbed “Truth Social.”

The screenshot featured an avatar of the ex-president’s face and name and read, “Get Ready! Your favorite President will see you soon!”

“BREAKING: This was Donald Trump’s first post on Truth Social,” Don Jr. headlined the screengrab on both Instagram and Twitter.

“Time for some Truth!!!” the former guy’s eldest son wrote.

Donald’s “Truth Social” platform was originally scheduled for a launch date of February 21st but ended up being pushed to March 31st.

To say the very least, Jr. didn’t get the outpouring of compliments and admiration we’re sure he was hoping for, but it did go down pretty much exactly how we were expecting:

Well, that was fun for me, Don. Was it fun for you?

No? That’s too bad.
