Jen Psaki Brutally Smacks Down Newsmax Reporter Who Screamed Questions At Her After Press Briefing Was Over

She's not playing around.

White House press secretary Jennifer Psaki has had enough of Newsmax White House correspondent Emerald Robinson’s attitude. Robinson, who tweets out anti-vax messages regularly, continued to ask questions after the press briefing ended. Psaki once again spoke of the Biden administration’s criticism of the “horrific” behavior some U.S. Border Patrol agents have displayed in their handling of Haitian migrants. Some of those disturbing images have gone viral of agents charging immigrants while on horseback while using horse reins in a threatening manner.

“I don’t think anyone could look at those photos and think that was appropriate action or behavior or something that should be accepted within our administration. There’s an investigation. That’s ongoing. We’ll let that play out,” Psaki said. “But our reaction to the photos has not changed.”

That was supposed to wrap up the briefing, but Robinson kept shouting questions.

“Thank you, everyone,” Psaki said. A reporter in the briefing room said, “Thank you, Jen.”

Robinson said after the briefing concluded, “I have a question. On the polling. The president’s polling continues to collapse …”

“Emerald, I know you like to shout at the end,” Psaki said as if she was speaking to a child. “Next time, we’ll do it during the briefing.”

As Psaki started to leave, Robinson said, “Well, if you’d call on me…”

“Thank you so much,” Psaki said on her way out.

Watch:

Robinson took to Twitter, apparently thrilled with the attention she got.

The Twitter user that Robinson retweeted claims that Psaki “SNAPPED” at the Newsmax correspondent when that “absolutely” didn’t happen. It’s not as if Psaki lashed out, calling Robinson “fake news.” Robinson also retweeted a Twitter user who posted a meme implying that the election was stolen, even though there is absolutely no proof of that. Newsmax just isn’t a serious network. As for President Biden’s poll numbers, I expected them to drop when he brought our troops home from Afghanistan, and I assume that they will go back up in a month or so. That’s pretty much how these things tend to play out.
