Enough is enough!!!!

At least 18 children and 3 adults lost their lives today after 18-year-old high school student Salvador Ramo opened fire on Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. Ramos was shot and killed by law enforcement on the scene and his horrific massacre now ranks as the third most deadly shooting in the United States, just after the 2007 Virginia Tech shooting and 2012 Sandy Hook shooting.

Suffice it to say, Republicans were quick to start in on their pro-gun, pro-2nd Amendment rampages before all the bodies of innocent children had even been counted, making it damn clear to every man, woman, child, and human being in this nation that they care far more about their gun rights than they do the rights of US children to see their 18th birthdays.

Texas Republican House Rep. tried to pacify his constituents with disgustingly tone-deaf Bible verses, lauding the notion of children in heaven. Georgia’s Marjorie Taylor Greene wasted no time in hopping on Twitter to blame the whole ordeal on mental health and psych medications. Ted Cruz spoke to the press in the Capitol building this evening and essentially stated that the solution to gun violence in this country is… More guns. And then, of course, there’s the fact that Texas GOP Governor Greg Abbott, TX Senator Ted Cruz, and former President Donald Trump are all three slated to attend an NRA event just 72 short hours after the Uvalde massacre.

And Arizona’s Democratic House Rep. Ruben Gallego is f*cking fed up with every last one of them.

In an impassioned rant on Twitter this evening, Gallego said what we’ve all been thinking since we first saw the news. And suffice it to say, he did not hold back.

Earlier today, Cruz stated, ” Inevitably when there’s a murderer of this kind, you see politicians try to politicize it, you see Democrats and a lot of folks in the media whose immediate solution is to try to restrict the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens.”

Gallego gave the Cancun transplant precisely what he deserved in response:

He doubled down HARD:

Ted wasn’t the only one to get absolutely hammered by the furious Democrat either.

Republican  Rep. Darrell Issa Our thoughts and prayers are with these families,” prompting Gallego to respond, “Fuck your prayers. They haven’t worked for the last 20 mass shootings how about passing laws that will stop these killings.”

Gallego even fired off at members of his own party who refuse to be part of a real solution, like his fellow AZ Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema:

We. Are. Done.
