Folks on social media dog-piled on Donald Trump after the scandal-plagued and newly-convicted former president appeared to be “foaming at the mouth” in an unhinged and downright disgusting video message as he scrambles to get his footing back after his bombshell felony conviction in the Manhattan Stormy Daniels Hush Money trial.
Trump got his wish of going down in history, though certainly not in the way he’d hoped for when a jury of 12 of his peers convicted him on 34 felony charges of falsifying business records following 5 weeks of trial and 2 solid days of deliberation in the infamous Hush Money case — marking the very first time in United States history that a former US president has ever been convicted of a crime.
As you can imagine, Trump hasn’t handled this well.
Upon finally returning to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, FL, following his several weeks long stay in his old home state of New York for the trial, it seemed Donald had a tripod and video camera already waiting for him the moment he was back in DeSantis Territory.
Donald’s Truth Social account was hit with a barrage of campaign videos and short clips, featuring a rabid Donald screaming and tantrum-ing about how unfair this all is.

He was so worked up and rabid, in fact, that at one point, he actually appeared to be foaming at the mouth.
The eagle-eyed Patriot Takes account took to X (formerly known as Twitter) with a clip from one of Donald’s recent videos that appeared to show the disgraced former president’s mouth filling up with foamy saliva that began to drool over his lips as he continued to rage.
“Trump also struggled with foamy saliva during his video. Trump just plowed through it. His campaign chose not to reshoot the video,” Patriot Takes wrote in their caption of the clip. “Foamy saliva can be a sign of health issues.”
Former federal prosecutor and popular social media user Ron Filipkowski quickly caught wind of the clip and reposted it to his own X account with the caption, “He’s foaming at the mouth. Sounds like rabies.”
