Donald Trump took his little COVID-infected hands to Twitter on Wednesday to lash out at Republican ‘Never Trump’ operative Steve Schmidt after the co-founder of the Lincoln Project called Sen. Marsha Blackburn “an embarrassment.” Trump tweeted, “Because I’ve beaten him and his very few remaining clients so much, and so badly, that he has become a blathering idiot. He failed with John McCain and will fail again with all others. He is a total loser.” Well, that’s just Trump projecting again, and Schmidt responded in true form in a lengthy series of tweets, and he did not hold back.
