Trump Confirms He Pled The Fifth During NY AG Deposition This Morning Just As His Past Statements On The Fifth Amendment Come Back To Haunt Him

Are you surprised???

Earlier this morning, we reported on the breaking news that ex-President Donald Trump actually finally showed up at New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office for his long-delayed, court-ordered, closed-door sworn deposition today — after having apparently run out of any more excuses, being that no more wives have died recently.

Business Insider reported this morning, “Trump arrived just before 9 a.m. at the attorney general’s New York City headquarters in a skyscraper on Liberty Street in lower Manhattan. He entered the building’s underground parking garage inside one of three black SUVs in a small motorcade of Secret Service and NYPD vehicles.”

But wouldn’t you know, he didn’t actually answer a damn thing.

Associated Press reports that the corrupt, scandal-ridden ex-president issued a statement just over an hour after his arrival, confirming that he “declined to answer the questions under the rights and privileges afforded to every citizen under the United States Constitution.”

“I once asked, ‘If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?’ Now I know the answer to that question,” Trump’s statement read, addressing past remarks he’s made about individuals who plead the Fifth, which are coming back to bite him in the ass now in the worst kind of way. “When your family, your company, and all the people in your orbit have become the targets of an unfounded politically motivated Witch Hunt supported by lawyers, prosecutors, and the Fake News Media, you have no choice.”

Need a refresher on those past remarks? I’ve got those right here:

Let’s be frank though, it comes as no surprise that Donald Trump refused to answer a single question in this long-await deposition, nor is it surprising that he’s out here being a massive hypocrite without a single care in the world.

We’ve grown accustomed to this nonsense at this point, but his time is coming all the same. You can’t run away from it forever, Donnie boy.

Was the crisis in Afghanistan surrounding the pull out of American Troops Biden's fault or Trump's fault?
