New York Attorney General Letitia James informed us all last night that she would be making a massive announcement this morning in relation to the corrupt ex-president and his crooked family company, the Trump Organization. As expected, Americans waited on bated breath this morning to hear the big news from Tish James, who has the former guy on her shit list.
That announcement has finally come, and to call it a bombshell would be a massive understatement. And it doesn’t just affect the washed-up, scandal-ridden former president this time.
No. Donald Trump is going down, and he’s managed to take his own flesh and blood children with him.
Effective this morning, New York Attorney General Letitia James has officially filed an all-encompassing civil lawsuit against not only Donald J. Trump and his unscrupulous family business, but against the former president’s eldest three children as well.

As part of the explosive lawsuit, James is now seeking to effectively and permanently ban the Trump family from conducting any of their business in the state of New York, and with that, comes approximately $250 million in various penalties — a price tag that Trump undoubtedly won’t be able to afford, as his finances already swirl the toilet due to legal fees connecting back to the massive Justice Department investigation into his possible violations of multiple laws and regulations, including the Espionage Act, that recently resulted in the FBI search and seizure warrant raid at his Mar-a-Lago compound.
In addition to barring Trump’s business dealings in the state, and the massive financial penalties, James is also seeking to appoint an independent monitor to “oversee compliance, financial reporting, valuations, and disclosures to lenders, insurers, and tax authorities at the Trump Organization” for no less than 5 years.
James’ office said in a statement, “Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to further enrich himself and cheat the system.”
During this morning’s bombshell press conference on the announcement of the civil lawsuit, James herself stated:
Mr. Trump and the Trump Organization repeatedly and persistently manipulated the value of assets to induce banks to lend money to the Trump Organization.
Fraudulent activity allowed the Trump Organization to receive more favorable loan terms than would have otherwise been available, pay lower taxes, and induce insurance companies to provide coverage for higher limits at lower premiums.”
The New York AG went on to add that her office believes that the conduct from Trump, outlined in their new lawsuit, also violates federal criminal law, including issuing false statements to financial institutions and bank fraud,” noting that state investigators will be referring the matter of the additional alleged crimes to the US attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York and the Internal Revenue Service.
This bombshell announcement serves as a crescendo to the three-plus year ongoing investigation conducted by James into the former president’s corrupt business dealings and practices.
