As reports of heinous war crimes against the Ukrainian people at the hands of Russian military forces and under the direct order of Russia’s dictatorial President Vladimir Putin, including brutal murders and rapings, continue to come out of Ukraine, President Biden has wasted no time in cracking down even harder against Russia with strengthened, vicious sanctions in an effort to bring this ongoing, devastating war to an end.
And now, it seems none other than Vladimir Putin’s own flesh and blood daughters have suffered the consequences of their father’s heinous sins.
Vladimir Putin is officially known to have two adult daughters, Katerina Tikhonova and Maria Vorontsova — though some reports have claimed the Russian dictator also fathered at least one additional secret daughter that he refuses to claim.
According to a new report from CNN, both of Putin’s known daughters have found themselves on the brutal end of President Biden’s hardcore sanctions as their father continues to wage war against Ukraine. The report claims sanctions were also lodged against Russian financial institutions and foreign minister Sergey Lavrov and his wife.

One senior Biden administration official told CNN, “Today we’re dramatically escalating the financial shock by imposing full blocking sanctions on Russia’s largest financial institution, Sberbank, and its largest private bank, Alfa Bank.”
President Biden’s strengthened severe sanctions that have now reached Putin’s own family come on the heels of the President’s official declaration that Vladimir Putin should be tried as a war criminal for the war crimes he and his Russian military forces have committed against the Ukrainian people. We recently reported that the global hacker group Anonymous just leaked the personal information of at least 120,000 Russian soldiers who are in Ukraine, in an effort to make these individuals more accessible and easily found once war crime trials do begin.
This is, of course, far from the first round of brutal sanctions to hit Russia’s richest and most powerful, as numerous superyachts and private jets have been seized amid the ongoing war, and several oligarchs and billionaires have tried to skirt their punishments by having their assets relocated, or even mysteriously vanishing altogether.
