On Friday, President Joe Biden spoke about his blockbuster jobs report wearing a similar tan suit that his predecessor, Barack Obama, wore that made right-wing media figures lose their minds. And Biden has a lot to celebrate. A whopping 943,000 jobs were added in July, with job gains in most sectors, and the unemployment rate fell to 5.4%.
At any rate, when Obama wore a tan suit, former Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) said that the suit showed a “lack of seriousness.” He said of the tan suit at the time, “There’s no way I don’t think any of us can excuse what the president did yesterday.”
That’s why Twitter users feel as if Biden is trolling while touting his jobs report.

Personally, I liked Obama’s tan suit. I’m not sure what the manufactured outrage was about. I might have an idea, though.
